What we collect

To handle a rental we collect the vehicle and dates you select, the delivery area you choose, the contact details attached to your WhatsApp account, and the identity and licence documents required to release a vehicle.

This website does not require an account and does not ask for personal data before you contact us.

Location data

Your browser is only asked for your location after you press the "Use My Current Location" button. The coordinates are used once, in your browser, to select the nearest configured service area. They are not stored, not placed in any URL and not sent to analytics.

The precise location you share inside WhatsApp is used to verify delivery eligibility, calculate travel time and hand over the vehicle. Access is restricted to authorised staff handling your delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider on their own secure page. We do not receive, store or process card numbers, security codes or authentication credentials at any point.

Analytics and cookies

Where analytics is enabled, we record aggregate interaction events such as which vehicle was viewed and which language was selected. Precise coordinates, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from analytics by design.

A cookie stores your chosen language so the site opens in it on your next visit.

Retention and your rights

Booking records are kept for as long as required to fulfil the rental and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details on the contact page.
