A rental request sent through WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after vehicle availability is verified, the required documents are approved, the delivery location is verified and payment is completed successfully.
Prices shown on this website are estimates calculated from the selections made in the rental calculator. The confirmed total is issued after the checks above.
Two-hour delivery is a target window, not a guarantee. It applies only within eligible service areas and operating hours, and only to vehicles marked as eligible for express delivery.
The two-hour window begins when the vehicle is assigned, the customer location is verified, the required documents are approved and payment is confirmed. It does not begin when the website is opened, when a vehicle is viewed, or when a WhatsApp message is sent.
Where express delivery does not apply, a delivery window is agreed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
The main driver must hold a valid driving licence and present a passport or national identity document, together with a credit card in their own name for the security deposit. Minimum driver ages are stated on each vehicle page.
Additional drivers must be present at delivery with the same documents and are added to the rental agreement.
All payments are completed on a secure hosted page provided by the payment provider. VELORO does not collect card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time verification codes through WhatsApp, by telephone or by email.
The security deposit is pre-authorised on the main driver’s credit card before dispatch and released after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
Each rate includes a mileage allowance shown on the vehicle page. Additional kilometres are charged at the stated rate. Traffic fines, tolls, cleaning beyond normal use and damage not covered by the applicable insurance remain the renter’s responsibility.
Cancellation and amendment terms are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp at the time of booking. Requests to extend an active rental must be made before the agreed return time and are subject to availability.
The vehicle must be used in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable road traffic law. VELORO may decline or cancel a delivery where documents cannot be verified, where the location is unreachable, or where operational conditions prevent safe delivery.
